FAQ

First Clean?

 

If this is your First Clean or if you haven't booked with us within 2 months we require additional cleaning time

Green Cleaning

 

For the Health of your family, friends, & pets (as well as our team) we use natural plant based products as much as possible!
We highly recommend Deep cleaning to customers who are having their homes professionally cleaned for the first time as well as those who haven't had a Deep Cleaning for a few months. It sets the foundation making it easier for us to maintain the home over time. All first-time clients Must receive a Deep Cleaning prior too booking reoccurring services.

Do I Need A Deep Clean?

 

Is Peachu Insured?

 

Yes! If you wish to see proof of insurance, you can email us at: Contactus@peachucleaningservices.com. We will send you a copy of our current documentation. 

Do I Need To Be Home During Cleaning?

 

No. If you prefer not to be home for the cleaning, you can simply leave us your key or access code. We will let you know when we have arrived and when we are finished. We will also send you pictures once we are done!

Cancellations
 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We will always try to accommodate your scheduling requests. If you need to reschedule services or to cancel a booking, please call us at 412.573.9286 please make sure to leave a voice-mail message or email us at: Contactus@peachucleaningservices.com with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee.

Lockouts

If we show up for an appointment and are unable to access your location (you forget to leave a key or the access code doesn't work) you will be required to pay for the appointment in full. We can wait up to 30 minutes for the key to be delivered, but that will be taken out of the total time we spend cleaning your home unless our schedule allows for us to stay longer. 

Deposit

We require a $50 deposit before we can began our services. Soon as the deposit is paid, your appointment will be secured. Deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the balance will be due upon arrival.

Parking

If you are not able to provide Visitor parking, or if our team cannot find free parking, you will be charged for accured parking charges.
